One of our amazing London Hubs this year is from QueerSwap representing Hackney! QueerSwap is a non-profit community driven initiative founded in 2023 by Sierra and Nyx Raposo that combines sustainability, creativity and queer identity. We chat to Sierra about all things Queer Swap and their plans for SFW 2025!

We’re thrilled to welcome another new Hub partner for 2025 - Norwich University of the Arts! Spearheading a range of events across Norwich, the University has a long history of unlocking potential, breaking down barriers and shaping the world through its range of creative courses.

This year, we welcome Zero Carbon Guildford to our amazing list of Hub hosts! Steph from Zero Carbon gives us an insight into the team and the work they do around Guildford to tackle environmental challenges with practical, local solutions to make real change.

Next we speak to the lovely Hailey from Cherwell Collective - the team behind our Oxford Hub! Back for their second year, Cherwell Collective champion a range of brilliant causes in their local community from the Climatarian Kitchen, the Cherwell Larder, WISH Innovation station, everything is centred around creating change through connecting communities.

Introducing our Hub partner in Central Bath, Norland! We warmly welcome Norland back for their second year participating in SFW. We chat to Kate Jaegar, one of the sewing lecturers at Norland and one half of the team behind the activities taking place this September.

Introducing our Hub partner in Newcastle, led by the team behind St Oswald’s Hospice. We’re delighted to have a partner based in Newcastle, however St Oswald’s Hospice has a number of shops across North East England which help people when they need it the most.
